I've done some work on a tower that I made and abandoned last year based on a painting by Chris Foss. The basic geometry and striped look are Foss but a lot of the detail, panels etc... I've added. This may get a bit more work then go back into the models waiting for a use folder. :)

Chris Foss is a cool artist, a very nice model you have made here.
I totally agree!
Where's all the little black windows? Great model Andrew.
The Foss painting of the tower was the first thing I attempted copying when I was learning airbrush techniques, loads of memories. Usually ones of me swearing when my frisket mask curled up.
thank you very much for the kind words. You have a lot of fantastic work, your attention to detail is impecable!
Another winner.
What's my prize ?
NEAT!!
You'll get a free copy of our film and an extended kiss from our lead actress...the DVD we'll ship to you...the kiss has to be done in the forests of Fort Wayne Indiana on a full moon. Don't ask.
WOW!!! I love your spacecrafts, the police spacecar is great! Amazing work, as always.
I am sci-fi fan and like all this fine space ships, scenes, movie clips...etc.

Ah, Chris Foss, I can see it. I guess everyone knows that besides his space art that he illustrated The Joy of Sex as well. It's a fun fact if you didn't know.
Anyway, nice job. I'm intrigued by the out-of-focus background.
Fantastic resolution on your pic Andrew.
Thanks again for sponsoring me on my charity run - you are very generous!
BTW, Trevor and I will be in your neck of the woods, in County Durham on 6th June. We'll think of you ...
Take care.
looks great so far! Your lighting is always very expressive.
