Planet - Base 2

Modelled in Studio Max and rendered in Vue Infinite, with some Photoshop work.

This is holding back the River Ouse in 2156 from flooding Milton Keynes :)

i thought that was the north south border control at watford gap....

i really like all the epic landscape images. I don't know anything about the software your using though. How much control do you have over the shapes of the mountains. Do you have total control or is slightly randomly generated?

The mountains can be just generated at random but both Geo Control and Vue allow the chance to sculpt mountains and preview them so you can make unique looking terrains if you want to. Both also have different types of terrains they can generate at random such as Canyon's,Dune's etc...
