Hmm.. not so keen on this one Glaze. As an image its very busy/messy. The lighting isn't really working. You've got completely black areas suggesting its at night, but then really bright high contrast areas of plants and water. The water also isn't really working either. Its reflecting a bright clear daytime sky by the looks of it, yet the background is dark blue suggesting nighttime. The water ripples are also too small, scale wise, to the rest of the scene in my opinion.
Matt I've never been too keen on this myself really,I think that's why it ended up on my other drive. I just thought I'd post it for something to post, thanks for the crits anyway !
