Landing Leg Animation

Click Link below for animation, I've taken the embedded You Tube clip down as it was bringing up other stuff.
Landing Leg

Whilst looking through some old discs I found this landing leg model and anim that I did quite a few years ago in Max 3. I remember being quite pleased with this at the time, I think it was the first time I animated an object that was actually doing something, I have noticed that the cylinder on the piston that attaches to the floor seems to float/slide a bit when the foot lands but hey like I said it was a long time ago.

Leg looks good. Nice weight to it. Oddly enough, though, there were several rather strange 'links' that popped up with your animation through You Tube. One involved a painfully, um, top heavy woman massaging herself.

Yeah not too sure when You Tube started doing those other link things,it's a bit rubbish that they've done that, I don't want other peoples junk on my link.

What! I didn't get that link...

I like the jerk when the leg suspension engages, nice thumpy feeling to it.

Fabulous stuff! I love the shudder as it connects with the ground!

Super work, I also like the ground shake as it hits the floor. Was this for a ship or just for fun?
